Order Status

Order Statuses are configurable stages in the fulfillment process which can be set and changed by SalesChain users to track orders as they move through the pricing and fulfillment process. Among other things, order statuses can trigger workflow steps and send notifications to users via email, can be designated as closed, commission payable, or valid to book into e-Automate, can be configured to change lead statuses when selected, and can lock orders from being edited at or after certain stages.
